FAQ

How often do you update your shop?

-I try to update once a month and more if I am able. I may even drop a piece or two randomly. It all depends on my life schedule and other projects. To keep up with shop updates, join my email list! 

Do you take custom orders?

-For the time being yes, please reach out by email at landeauceramics@gmail.com and lets see what we can come up with!

Do you sell in any retail settings?

-Yes! Pandora Permaculture will be selling my planters and some miscellaneous items at farmers markets this summer and I am working on more locations

Where do you ship?

-So far just in the USA, but more on that in the future :)  You can also pick up locally if needed

Shipping Costs

- Ceramics are very fragile and because of that I will use larger boxes and extra padding to ensure the safe arrival or your piece. If you order multiple pieces, I will try to pack items in the same box and refund any extra shipping costs. I do my best to keep costs low for you, but keep pieces safe. 

Is my piece microwave and dishwasher safe?

-Unless noted otherwise, all my pieces are intended to be microwave and dishwasher safe

Do you offer wholesale?

-Being a one-person operation, I am not set up enough to offer wholesale. 

What happens if my piece arrives broken?

-Please reach out to me at landeauceramics.com with photos of the damages no later than 7 days after delivery. Since all my pieces are one of a kind, I cannot guarantee a replacement or replica. If that is the case I will offer a full refund. If the item is something I can replace, I will do my best to re-make it. Please give me 3-4 weeks for completion. 

Refunds/Exchanges

-Unless your piece is broken upon delivery, I cannot offer a return or exchange. Please be sure to read the descriptions and look at all the photos before purchasing. Even if you purchase two items that appear to be the same, please understand there will be slight variations since each piece is handmade one at a time. 

-Once an item is marked as "delivered" Landeau Ceramics cannot be held responsible for the cost of shipping or the order. Once the package shows delivered my shop and USPS are not responsible for packages that are stolen or otherwise lost.
